These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 8j8 ("8j8," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8j8 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://8j8.app and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per Person

Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all such accounts, void any wagers placed, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to those accounts.

2.4 Verification and KYC

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, we may require you to submit identification documents and other verification materials at any time. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 8j8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform;
• Using any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or extract data;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chip dumping, or exploiting software vulnerabilities;
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code that may damage or interfere with the Platform or other users' experience;
• Harassing, threatening, or otherwise abusing other users or 8j8 staff members;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used to operate the Platform;
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls implemented by 8j8;
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity in order to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 8j8 account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment services. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. 8j8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures;
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified for your chosen payment method;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. 8j8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may result in delays.

4.3 Fees and Charges

8j8 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 8j8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates, which are not controlled by 8j8.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Game results are determined by RNGs and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 8j8 or any third party. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8j8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8j8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

8j8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any funds in your account may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

13. Changes to Terms

8j8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
